After three years of interruption, mainly due to the worldwide pandemic caused by COVID-19, last week we had the pleasure of having, once again, in our factory in Germany a group of customers interested in knowing first hand our capabilities and services in the field of pipe supporting.
Customers such as Fivesgroup, Idom, LDX Solutions, Sener, Tecnatom o Técnicas Reunidas participated in our training this time.
The course began with a brief introduction to our company philosophy, followed by a visit to our manufacturing processes, stock of materials and testing facilities. During this visit, we were able to observe first-hand such interesting processes as: the assembly of a constant load support, the manufacturing of several components of our shock absorbers for large loads, type 31, the welding of standard components by welding robots, or the performance of cryogenic tests for our low temperature supports, mainly dirrected to the LNG sector.
Regarding the theoretical part, we went over interesting topics such as main product groups in our catalogue, field services or the possibilities and interfaces of our component selection software, LICAD.
Of course, in the afternoons we also had the opportunity to share some leisure time to exchange experiences and get to know each other a little better.
All in all, a great experience to which we would like to invite all our customers.
