INTECSA TRUSTS GOIZEA FOR ITS PLANT IN EGYPT

The Spanish company Intecsa Industrial awards Goizea with the supply of pipe supports for its Contract with the egiption company NCIC (El NASR Company for lntermediate Chemicals).

The Contract is for the biggest complex ever built in Egypt in the fertilizers sector and consits on a Sulphuric Acid Plant, and a DAP  & TSP Plant. It will be built at Ain Sohkna (Egypt), located in the Gulf of Suez. The scope of work of this “Turnkey” Contract comprises the basic and detail engineering, supply of equipment and materials as well as the construction, including erection, commissioning and start-up of both Plants.

Goizea's scope of supply includes: spring supports (variables and constants), rigids (hangers and pipe clamps) and dynamics (rigid struts and shock absorbers), as well as sliding components (PTFE and bronze graphite).

Our biggest challenges for this order are the tight required delivery time and the additional surface protection, which does not allow to use all components coming from our big stock.
